The Billy Fury Story technical and general requirements

Arrival.
1.00pm Unless otherwise stated. Tea / Coffee making facilities for the roadcrew. Please ensure there is working kettle, and a supply of tea-bags, sugar, milk and coffee.

Power Requirements .
32 - 64 Amp Ceeform outlet.

PA
Own PA carried.

Staging / Risers / Screen
Risers - Two required, 8 foot by 8 foot by 2 foot high for drum kit and piano.

Backdrop - House Syke, (black bordered) located up-stage. If not available, free bar to fly our own screen.

Front of House / Multicore
Multicore run cannot exceed 70 meters.

Sound and Projection require a MINIMUM ten foot long desk, central to the stage. Be advised that the projector may, on occasion, obscure sight lines for audience sitting directly behind it.  

Lighting
L-X Minimum three colour wash, 4-5 specials, (profiles), to be advised and focused on arrival. We require house desk to operate manually. One followspot, and operator with required gels of 1-17 and 1-11 (or very close to). Please advise if operator is chargeable.

Preset - Blue wash preset for opening of house.

Communications
One set of comms located FOH and one set stage right wing.

Dressing Rooms
Space to cater for five persons, minimum of three rooms with heating, washing, wardrobe and toilet facilities.

Vehicles
Space required for one 9.5 metres, (28.5 ft.) HGV vehicle, and space to accomodate up to four cars. Reg Numbers will be notified.

Merchandise
Pre-show we require an area to sell merchandise with a six foot table and 5 chairs for the post show signing.

Get Out / Loading
Two house crew required for assistance with load out (unless charged to visiting company), Assistance with load in if there are difficulties such as stairs / lifts / obstacles etc. Please advise us if it is a difficult load as soon as possible.
